Care Instructions

As each piece is individually handcrafted, we recommend hand washing gently in warm, soapy water and drying with a soft cloth. Our glassware is not suitable for the dishwasher or hot water.

Please note

All our products are individually hand made and as such will all slightly vary in shape and size. Some may have small bubbles - We like to think this is part of the charm of hand made glassware & provides a unique selling point.

Every piece of glass is unique !

Each piece is made to order, especially for you.

As a new, independent glassmaking company, we are currently a very small team and each of our pieces is handcrafted individually rather than mass produced. This means your order may take a little longer to reach you than it would from a larger retailer.

During our early months, please allow please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be made and dispatched. Delivery time is additional. We are working hard to build our production capacity while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship that makes each piece special.

We believe that beautiful, handmade glass is worth waiting for, and we really appreciate your patience and support as we grow.

If you have a particular date you need your order by, please get in touch before ordering and we will do our very best to help.

Thank you for supporting a small, independent British glassmaking business.
